Sun is shining, trees are blooming, nose is running, eyes are tearing. Yup, it’s spring. If anyone needs me I’ll be in a Benadryl coma with this creature.
So today I’ve restarted my diet. After a tricky few weeks at work my ‘clean eating’ sank down the tubes a little. I see 14 lbs as a pretty healthy goal. My diet plan is to eat a lot cleaner, more fruit and veg less carbs. To try and have between 1000 and 1200 calories a day and also to burn at least 300 calories a day, walking, doing yoga, Pilates and aerobic exercise when I have time.
Intake: 1150, I had a lovely fruit salad for breakfast and a lentil salad for tea.
Working out: I’ve burned 280 calories today but I’ve mainly been at work so just been a short dance workout.
Tomorrow I will aim for around the same.
I’m going to weigh myself on Sunday mornings.
